Wondering how you calculate the conversion rate for the retailers? Where do you pull the data from?

The data is from Nielsen Online’s MegaView Retail service. You can probably contact the folks at Nielsen Online for some guidance:

it would be curious to see these lists without catalogue companies (that have a built in client base that selects from the catalogue then goes and buy on the site, which is a biased metric towards non-cataloguers)
