    Notes: The familiar problem of measuring ROI is the most challenging aspect of social programs, cited by 60% of social media practitioners as a top-3 issue, according to a report from Simply Measured and TrustRadius. ROI is the top challenge for companies of all sizes and social marketing maturity level save beginners, for whom developing a social media strategy is the top-cited challenge.

    Integrating various social tools, while not a leading challenge, appears to be a more pressing issue for enterprises than for smaller companies, with roughly 1 in 7 enterprises using at least 5 products to help manage their asocial media activities.

        About the Data: Almost 600 social media marketing practitioners – from consultants to CMOs to community managers – participated in the survey in February and March 2015.
