Clear Channel Radio Websites Overtake Yahoo's in Weekday Streaming Cume

Clear Channel Radio’s online unit for the first time became the top destination in streaming Cume, with 1,346,100 persons, for the all-important workday daypart, beating out the long-time leader, Yahoo’s LAUCHcast, CCR said, citing comScore and Arbitron data.

For all but one month of this year, LAUNCHcast had been the leader in the Monday through Friday, 6 AM-7 PM daypart. It had taken the top spot in Dec. ‘06 from AOL, to which it had briefly relinquished the lead in April ‘07, according to the data.

Other sites showing decreases in weekday streaming Cume include Radio@AOL/Radio@Netscape (-13.1%) and Live365 (-1.9%).
