      Notes: Global marketing spending plans have stayed positive through the second quarter, per Warc, with budget plans highest in the Americas in recent months. Warc’s headline Global Marketing Index (GMI) – which tracks budgets, trading conditions and staffing levels – declined slightly in May and June, but remained in positive territory and above year-earlier levels.
