- “I reduced my spending due to changes in my financial situation”
- “Quarantine restrictions made it difficult to access the brand’s products or services”
- “I did not agree with the brand’s stance on societal events”
- “The brand was sold out”
- “I no longer had a need for the brand’s products and services”
The chart includes about a half of respondents who indicated that they did not stop purchasing any brands.
