TVB Media Influence Home Improvement Purchases Sept2020

The percentage of home improvement consumers influenced by one of more than 20 media types during each purchase stage: awareness; interest; connect with or visit home improvement service in person / online; consideration; and purchase. Based on a survey of more than 1,500 adults who had to have made a home improvement purchase or planned to make a purchase, and who saw/heard advertising for the category on any of the 20+ media platforms (e.g. TV, social media, newspaper, email ad, radio, video ad) analyzed.
