Notes: Some 45% of survey respondents plan to hire specifically for content teams within the next year, with content outpacing other areas such as lead gen/operations and social in terms of hiring priorities. The vast majority of survey respondents indicated that it’s difficult to find talent for content marketing, though.
About the Data: Based on a survey of more than 500 marketers who self-identified as manager-level (or higher) marketers and expressed interest in content marketing. The survey was carried out in February 2014.
