    Notes: Google currently has the strongest “brand health” of the major social media sites measured with an Index score of 51, according to YouGov. The index score is the average of 6 components – Impression, Quality, Value, Satisfaction, Reputation and Willingness to Recommend – and can range from -100 to 100, with 0 representing equal positive and negative feedback. Google is closely followed by YouTube (44), with Yahoo (29), Facebook (22) and Pinterest (17) trailing but in net positive territory. Twitter (8) and AOL (0) are further back but have improved from early 2013 levels.
