8 in 10 Mobile Web Users Have Recommended A Brand Based on Its Mobile Site Experience

    Notes: 80% of mobile web users across 6 countries report having recommended a brand based on its mobile site experience, according to a Netbiscuits survey. Respondents in the emerging markets tracked – China (95%), India (95%), and Brazil (91%) – were the most likely to have made such a recommendation, with those in developed markets – US (72%), UK (67%), and Germany (63%) – least likely to have done so. The survey results also note that the propensity to make recommendations based on the mobile web experience declines among older adults.

        About the Data: Based on a survey of 6,000 mobile web users from Brazil, China, Germany, India, the UK, and the USA. The survey was managed by Populus and ran from August 21 to September 4, 2014.
